Shelby is the founder and lead strategist at Corliss Collective. Hospitality has always been at her core. She started her career in operations for a luxury hotel brand before taking the leap into property management where she worked on-site leasing up brand-new apartment communities. Over the last decade, she’s helped property management teams launch, scale, and simplify their marketing, bringing strategy and execution together to drive results that make a difference.
What matters most to her are the relationships built along the way—working side by side with teams, vendors, and partners to turn ideas into impact. When she’s OOO, Shelby’s usually on the move—road-tripping with her husband, wrangling her pups (and the occasional foster), hunting down the best eats in town, or singing her heart out at a concert.
